Millet Menthya Poori
Ingredient
  1. Ragi Flour / Finger Millet Flour – 1 cup
  2. Wheat Flour / Atta – 1 cup + for rolling pooris
  3. Potato – 1 large boiled, peeled and mashed
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Menthya
  6. Oil – 2 tsp + for deep frying
  7. Water as needed
Method

Step 1

Add in Finger Millet Flour and menthya and knead to form a stiff dough.

Step 2

Divide this into small balls. Take one ball and roll them into pooris.

Step 3

Heat oil for deep frying. Drop poori in hot oil, press on the top using a slotted spoon. It will puff up, now flip them over and cook on another side too.
