Millet Burfi
  1. Navena =½ cup
  2. Groundnut = ½ cup
  3. Dallas = 1 cup
  4. Dry Coconut = 2 spoon
  5. Gee = 2 ½ spoon
  6. Cardamom

Step 1

Make a power of navena akka and add groundnut and grind for the minimum level

Step 2

Make a jiggery scrip and add the mix which to the scrip and add dry coconut, gee, cardamom power and mix it nicely when it is hot

Step 3

Apply gee to the plate and put the mix into the plate and let it get hard and cold

And your millet burfi is ready to eat.
